There are three methods for the delivery of the goods from EnvyHer, and they are:

  • Standard Shipping – 7-12 Business Days – FREE
  • Expedited Shipping- 6-10 Business Days - $10
  • Express Shipping – 4-5 Business Days– $29

Address Information

Every customer is advised to provide with a valid shipping address that includes a complete breakdown of the shipping details and the residence to where the package from EnvyHer has to be sent. In case your shipping address is not the same as your billing address, kindly specify this detail during the checkout to avoid any confusion.


What do we mean by a proper shipping address?

A proper shipping address is the one where you have included the right and complete door number, postal code, and street name. And it is entirely the customer's responsibility for providing the right, and complete address.


What happens if the wrong address was stated in the order?

EnvyHer does not hold any responsibility for the goods that have been delivered to the incorrect address that was stated in the order. If the customer wants to collect the order that has been delivered to the wrong address, they would have to visit that place personally. This is since the package would no longer be in our possession as we would have followed the instructions provided initially when the customer was placing the order of any personalized jewelry.


Note: Depending on the method of payment, you can have your package of custom gold & silver name necklaces, etc., from EnvyHer shipped to an alternate address. For this, you would have to ensure that the complete address details are included. This includes the things like the building name, building number, organization name, etc.


Other Order Details

It is the responsibility of the customer ordering any personalized and monogram jewelry or otherwise to ensure that each tiny order detail is correct. This includes the styles selected, colors, and even the right sizes that have been chosen during the order process. Since, this information cannot be altered or amended once the order has been confirmed.


Additional Shipment Details

Each order would be shipped with a tracking number that can be used to monitor the status of the package in transit. Also, EnvyHer produces the products first before shipping them out. So, the customer is requested to give about 4 to 7 days for the production process after which it would be sent out for delivery.



  • The estimated delivery date of the product from EnvyHer is entirely based on the delivery method chosen by the customer.
  • The estimated shipping time period does not include public holidays or weekends but consists of the business days.
  • Your order can be tracked with the help of a track-able service that allows you to follow the journey of the ordered custom gold & silver name necklaces, rings, etc., to you.
  • You would receive email updated from us when you place an order with us till the order has been successfully delivered to you.
