At EnvyHer, we offer two types of warranty schemes on all the personalized jewelry against manufacturing workmanship and defects:
- Within 30 days - Full warranty of the item for any reason including loose stones.
- Within 1-year - Full warranty on the discoloration of the pendant or chain.
The warranty becomes invalid if the item has been put to misuse or has been modified by someone else other than an EnvyHer representative.
Our dedicated QA (Quality Assurance) Team examines each item before it is packed and shipped to make sure that you get a high-quality piece and enjoy the jewelry just as you had wished to.
During a rare event, in case your item has a defect, kindly contact our customer service representative, and we would be delighted to provide you with assistance in getting the item repaired or replaced for you.
In case there is a damage to the product, the customer needs to apply for a replacement with the customer care department. You would need to share the order number and a photo of the item that shows the damage clearly. Other than these, kindly share your contact information in your communications with us so that we can easily contact you for the details.
- The client is responsible for the shipping charges for the warranty exchange or repairs.
- We are not responsible for any stolen or lost items.
- We reserve the rights to declare the warranty invalid for any product that displays signs of alterations, damage, or abuse beyond the normal wear, as judged by our jewelry professionals.
